National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Peer Connections

NAMI's (National Alliance on Mental Illness) support and public education efforts are focused on educating about mental illness, offering resources to those in need, and insisting that mental illness become a high national priority. NAMI offers a weekly peer support group for individuals dealing with mental illness. Peer support is facilitated by individuals who have a mental illness and have been trained through NAMI to lead these groups.

Support group for family members dealing with a loved one’s mental illness. Group members learn from each others' experiences, share coping strategies and offer each other encouragement, understanding and support.

Behavioral Health Clinicians are available 24/7 to provide clinical evaluations. To organize an assessment, call (727) 809-1879.
